Terms for using the Lightokay website and desktop app.

These terms apply to lightokay.okayok.ai and to the Lightokay desktop app. Lightokay is made by Okayok. By using them, you agree to these terms.
The app
Lightokay is a desktop photo manager and RAW editor. It is available for Macs with Apple silicon; Windows and Linux are planned. Features may change between versions.
Price
Lightokay is currently free. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll say so clearly before you're charged anything.
Your files
Your photos and files remain yours. Lightokay works with files on your computer; you are responsible for keeping backups. Copy, move and export operations change files on disk when you run them — check the destination before running batch operations.
Acceptable use
Don't use Lightokay or the website to break the law or infringe other people's rights, and don't try to disrupt the website or our release infrastructure.
Open-source components
Lightokay includes open-source software, such as Electron, LibRaw and other libraries. Those components are covered by their own licenses.
Disclaimer
Lightokay and the website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Okayok is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Lightokay after a change means you accept the updated terms.
